What is the ordering process? 1. Choose your product from the catalog (cups, boxes, pouches, labels, bags, etc.). 2. Start designing — you can upload your logo, use the AI design tool to generate a custom design from a text prompt, add text, or use manual editing. 3. Preview your design in 3D, and use the 2D editor to adjust size and placement. 4. Once you've created the design you like, you can easily apply it across multiple products in a click of a button. 5. We support PNG, JPG, SVG, TIFF, WEBP, and PDF up to 20 MB. Vector files (SVG/PDF) are recommended for best quality. Transparent backgrounds are recommended for logos. ## What are the design tool features? What can I do in the editor? The AI design tool generates professional packaging designs from a text description (e.g., "a modern coffee cup with clean minimal look and soft colors"). You can also upload your logo and the AI will generate designs around it. The editor includes a real-time 3D preview showing exactly how your product will look, and a 2D editor for fine-tuning size, placement, and positioning. You can apply one design across multiple product types. Designs save to your account automatically — return to them anytime without starting over. You can reorder past designs with one click from your order history, with optional edits before checkout. Manual editor actions: change colors, remove background, upload or change logo, edit image content, reorder layers (send to back, send to front), erase area, adjust transparency, flip, duplicate, and delete. Moving, resizing, and rotating layers can be done directly on the canvas by dragging. You can also add and customize text. Generating new designs can only be done through the AI assistant. ## What design features are NOT supported? What can't I do? These cannot be done inside the app: - No custom font upload (only built-in fonts are available). - No layers grouping or merging. - No video or animation creation. - No undo or redo through the AI assistant (use the UI buttons). - The platform is currently optimized for desktop/laptop use. ## How do I save my design? Can I come back to it later? Your design is saved automatically to your account. There is no manual save button. You can return to saved designs anytime without starting over. You can also reorder past designs with one click from your order history, with optional edits before checkout. ## Can I export or download my designs, assets, or logo? Currently, exporting or downloading designs from the editor is not available. ## How much does shipping cost and how fast is delivery? All products are printed in the USA. Most orders deliver within 10–15 business days. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on order size. Tracking links are provided via email for every shipment. Multi-item orders may ship separately with individual tracking. dappas currently ships to most US states (some exclusions apply). ## What are the minimum order quantities? Do I need to order a lot? dappas offers low minimums — you can order as little as you need. There are no large minimum order requirements. Ideal for seasonal runs, event packaging, or recurring orders of just what you need. Volume discounts are available at higher quantities. ## What is the satisfaction guarantee and return policy? What if my order is damaged? dappas offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee — money back if you're not satisfied. $50 store credit if an order arrives 5+ business days late. $100 store credit plus full refund or reshipment for damaged or incorrect items (report within 3 business days with photo evidence). Quality issues can be reported within 5 business days. Every order is custom-made, so returns are not accepted, but satisfaction issues are handled case by case. ## How can I cancel my order? Orders can be cancelled between "Order Received" and "Order Confirmed" status. Once confirmed and in production, cancellations are no longer possible.
