Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy

At dappas, everything we make is custom-built for your brand. Because personalized packaging is made to order, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, dissatisfaction or change of need, once you approve your design and place your order.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel, there's a window of time between the stages of 'Order received', and your 'Order confirmed' where we may be able to cancel and issue a refund. Once the order is confirmed, the order moves into production and cancellations and refunds are no longer available. You will be notified by email when your order is placed, and again when your order has been confirmed.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, doesn't match the approved artwork, or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery (after expected arrival) and include a description of the issue along with any relevant photos or documentation. Once reviewed and confirmed, we'll offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a reprint at no additional cost or a full refund, including applicable shipping charges.

Customer Responsibility

All products are custom-made and produced based on approved details. Customers are responsible for confirming materials, dimensions, and finishes before placing an order. Approval of artwork and order details confirms acceptance of the final product specifications.
